Momoo Memory Pet Champions (“Momoo”, “the app”, “we”, “our”) is a fast, cute tap-sequence memory puzzle game where you watch number sequences, remember the order, and tap before time runs out.

Momoo is local-first: it does not require an account, and your game progress is stored on your device. To keep the app reliable and to offer optional extras, Momoo uses a small set of trusted services — Google Firebase, Apple’s App Store for optional in-app purchases, and (where enabled) Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads — described below. We do not sell your data.

1. No account required

Momoo does not require account registration, login, password, or social sign-in. We do not operate a personal account profile or user database.

2. Your game progress stays on your device

Momoo stores game progress locally on your device. This may include:

• Best Level and best-run records
• Daily Trial streak
• Achievements and unlocked Pet Champions
• Pet Champion Level and XP progress
• Selected theme / Pet Champion
• Sound, haptics, and onboarding settings
• Local completion counts used for game progression

There is no cloud save: this progress is not synced to or stored on our servers. If you delete the app or reset your progress in Settings, local progress may be removed.

3. Analytics & diagnostics (Firebase)

Momoo uses Google Firebase to keep the app working well:

• Firebase Analytics — aggregate, non-personal usage events (for example, which screens or features are used) to help us improve gameplay.
• Firebase Crashlytics — crash and error (non-fatal) diagnostics so we can find and fix bugs.

These services may process technical information such as app usage events, device type and operating system version, app version, language/region, and an app-instance or diagnostic identifier (e.g. the vendor identifier, IDFV). This data is handled by Google under Google’s Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. We do not use it to identify you personally, and analytics events carry no name, email, location, or other personal data.

4. Reliability services (App Check & Remote Config)

• Firebase App Check — helps verify that requests come from a genuine, untampered copy of the app.
• Firebase Remote Config — lets us adjust feature flags and tunable values (including the ads on/off switch) without shipping an app update.

5. Notifications (optional)

Momoo can send notifications only if you allow them:

• Firebase Cloud Messaging — occasional broadcast/topic announcements. We do not store your push token and do not build a profile or send individually targeted push.
• Local reminders — scheduled on your device only (no server) when you enable the reminder toggle.

Notification permission is requested only when you opt in — never on first launch — and you can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

6. In-app purchases (Apple StoreKit)

Momoo offers optional in-app purchases, such as Gems and other in-game items, through Apple’s App Store (StoreKit). Buying anything is entirely your choice; the game is fully playable without purchases.

• Apple processes the payment. Momoo does not receive or store your credit/debit card number or billing details — Apple handles all payment information under Apple’s Privacy Policy.
• To prevent accidental duplicate grants and to support a possible future account migration, Momoo keeps a small local purchase record (a grant/ledger) on your device. It stays on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
• Because Momoo has no account or cloud save yet, consumable items like Gems and locally granted purchases may not automatically restore if you delete and reinstall the app or switch devices. (Apple-restorable, non-consumable items can be restored through the App Store.)

7. Optional downloads (Google Cloud Storage)

Momoo may use Google Cloud Storage to download optional remote assets — for example, additional mascot (Pet Champion) animations. These downloads deliver content to your device; they are not used to collect personal information about you.

8. Advertising (optional rewarded ads)

Momoo may support optional rewarded ads in some versions or regions if enabled. Rewarded ads, when available, are optional and are not required to play the core game — for example, you might choose to watch one to continue after a Game Over or to refresh the Mission Board. Where rewarded ads are enabled:

• Watching is always your choice — declining costs you nothing, and Retry/Home are never blocked behind an ad.
• There are no banner, interstitial, native, or app-open ads, and no ads during the memorize/tap phase.
• Ads are served non-personalized: Momoo does not request App Tracking Transparency and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) to track you across other companies’ apps and websites.
• To serve and measure ads, Google AdMob may process device and advertising information under Google’s policies, and we can turn ads on or off remotely (via Remote Config) without an app update.

9. Working offline & when the internet is used

Core gameplay works offline, and your progress stays on your device. An internet connection may be used to: complete in-app purchases and load product details, fetch remote configuration, send crash and analytics diagnostics, deliver optional notifications, download optional remote mascot assets, and show rewarded ads where they are enabled. When you are offline, those features are simply unavailable while you keep playing.

10. What Momoo does not do

• No name, email, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or files collected by Momoo.
• No user accounts, login, or personal profile database operated by us.
• No cloud save, no online leaderboard, and no account database.
• No user-generated public content (no public posts, chat, or profiles).
• We do not sell your data.
• We do not track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.

11. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

Momoo does not currently request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission and does not use the device advertising identifier (IDFA) to track you across other apps and websites. Any rewarded ads, where enabled, are served non-personalized.

12. Children’s privacy

Momoo is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Google and Apple services described above are operated by those companies and governed by their policies. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

13. How data is shared

The limited technical data described above is processed by Google through the Firebase, Cloud Storage, and (where enabled) AdMob services, and in-app purchases are processed by Apple — each subject to its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your information with other third parties for their own marketing.

14. Your choices

You can manage or disable notifications in your device settings, limit ad personalization through your device’s privacy/advertising settings, and manage purchases through your Apple ID / App Store account. If you have questions or a privacy request, contact us using the details below.

15. Data security

Momoo keeps game progress and your local purchase record on your device. Please note that local data — including consumable items such as Gems and locally granted purchases — may be removed and may not be recoverable if you delete the app, reset progress, or erase your device, because there is no cloud save yet.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Momoo adds new features. If we make important changes, we will update this page with a new “Last updated” date.
