How do I restore my purchases?
If you previously subscribed and don't see your VIP features (for example, after reinstalling the app or switching devices), open the app, go to the subscription or paywall screen, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe. If it still doesn't appear, email us at parentpilotai@gmail.com.
How do I change the language?
Open Settings in the app and choose your preferred language. ParentPilot AI currently supports English and Vietnamese. Your choice is saved and applied across the app.
The daily plan is missing or didn't load — what should I do?
First, check your internet connection, then close and reopen the app to let it refresh. Make sure your child's profile (including birth date) is set up so the plan can be personalized for your child's age. If the plan is still missing after refreshing, email us with your app version and device type.
How does milestone tracking work?
ParentPilot AI shows age-appropriate developmental milestones for your child. You can view milestones and mark their status as you observe them. This is an informational tracking tool to help you follow along — it is not a medical assessment and does not diagnose developmental delays. How do affiliate recommendations work?

How do I request deletion of my data?
Email parentpilotai@gmail.com from the address related to your request and tell us what you'd like deleted. We'll respond and process your request within a reasonable period. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
