Frequently asked questions

Does the app have in-app purchases or a subscription?

No. The current build has no in-app purchases, no subscription/VIP, and no ads — everything in the app is free to use. If paid features are added in a future version, we will explain them in the app first.

How do I change the language?

Open Settings in the app and choose your preferred language. ParentPilot AI currently supports English and Vietnamese. Your choice is saved and applied across the app.

The daily plan is missing or didn't load — what should I do?

First, check your internet connection, then close and reopen the app to let it refresh. Make sure your child's profile (including birth date) is set up so the plan can be personalized for your child's age. If the plan is still missing after refreshing, email us with your app version and device type.

How does milestone tracking work?

ParentPilot AI shows age-appropriate developmental milestones for your child. You can view milestones and mark their status as you observe them. This is an informational tracking tool to help you follow along — it is not a medical assessment and does not diagnose developmental delays. Are suggestions made by AI? Do my notes leave my device?

The current build uses no third-party AI service — suggestions are generated on your device using local rule-based logic. Your planner notes, voice recordings, and child profile photo stay on your device and are not uploaded. There are no product recommendations or affiliate links in the current build.

What is the Everyday Care area?

The Everyday Care area is a simple notes and reminder placeholder (for example, keeping care notes and reminders). It is not a medical tool — it does not provide diagnosis, treatment advice, or official medical guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
