1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ParentPilot AI mobile application and related services (the "App"), provided by ParentPilot AI ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What ParentPilot AI is

ParentPilot AI is an educational parenting app for parents and caregivers of children aged 0–5. It provides daily activity plans, milestone guidance, and product recommendations to support everyday parenting.

3. Not medical advice

ParentPilot AI does not provide medical advice, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment advice. The content is educational and informational only.

• Milestone, vaccination, and any health-related features are provided as tracking and reminder tools only. They are not official medical guidance and are not a substitute for professional care.
• The App does not diagnose developmental delays or any medical condition.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional (such as your pediatrician or doctor) for medical questions and before making decisions about your child's health, development, vaccinations, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Content and AI-generated suggestions

Activity plans and suggestions may be generated automatically and are offered as general ideas to consider. We do not guarantee that any suggestion is accurate, complete, or suitable for your particular child or situation. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate and safe for your child, and for supervising your child at all times.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes;
• provide accurate information when setting up profiles;
• supervise your child during any activity and use your own judgment about what is safe and appropriate;
• keep your device and account credentials secure.

You are responsible for how you use the App's content and recommendations.

6. Eligibility

The App is intended for use by adults (parents and caregivers). You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into these Terms.

7. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

The App offers an optional paid VIP subscription that unlocks features such as removing ads and unlimited daily activities.

• Subscriptions are purchased and billed through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), and entitlements are managed via RevenueCat.
• Billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by the relevant app store under its own terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can manage, cancel, or view your subscription in your Apple ID or Google account settings.
• Refunds, where available, are subject to the policies of the relevant app store.

Prices and plan details are shown in the App at the time of purchase and may change for future periods.

8. Free tier, rewarded ads, and unlocks

The App may offer a free tier with limits (for example, a number of activities per day). You may be able to watch a rewarded ad to unlock additional content. Ad availability and behavior depend on third-party ad services.

9. Affiliate links

The App contains affiliate links (including Amazon Associates and Shopee Affiliate). We may earn a commission when you purchase through these links, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate recommendations are intended to be helpful but are not medical advice, and you should make your own purchase decisions. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

10. Intellectual property

The App and its content (excluding content you provide and third-party content) are owned by ParentPilot AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

11. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services (including Firebase, Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Amazon, and Shopee). Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

12. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will meet your expectations.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParentPilot AI and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App, your reliance on its content, or any third-party services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, and nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Changes to the service and these Terms

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the App unlawfully.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
